Rumor: Beenox Is Working On A New Crash Team Racing

It’s been a while since Beenox launched Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, and fans believe they’ve spotted a hint that a new one is on the way.

Spotted by LuchoComix (thanks, PSX Extreme), Beenox briefly changed their banner on Twitter with a banner that displayed several of the games they’ve worked on. This includes Nitro-Fueled, but in the corner, fans spotted a render of Crash that looks closer to his look from Crash 4, which launched two years after the racing entry.

The banner’s since been fixed to not include this image, but it does seem clear if this is anything to go by — Beenox is working on something. It’s hard to say if this an entirely new game or perhaps it’s a release for modern systems, after all, the Switch 2 is here and the original only came out on past-gen systems.
