Sony’s Got A Playable Gran Turismo 7 Switch 2 Build For Some Reason
For one reason or another, PlayStation’s allegedly got a playable Gran Turismo 7 build for the Nintendo Switch 2.
Reliable insider Jeff Grubb discussed this during an episode of Game Mess Decides that went unnoticed until recently. Before we get too excited, though, he did taper expectations by stating that he doesn’t believe it will launch on the system.
It’s speculated that Polyphony Digital, the devs behind Gran Turismo, might be testing the waters of optimizing the game for the rumored new portable system Sony is supposedly working on. Though, to play devil’s advocate here, the series would work perfectly on the Switch 2, as the game is available on PS4, as well, which is for the most part a comparable system.
But, overall, while this seems like some sort of sign, it’s more likely that if true, they’re just working on it for some internal reason that won’t amount to anything, especially as this series hasn’t even hit PC yet.
What do you think? Is this a sign for a new release to the hybrid console or just testing the waters for an internal development? Let us know below!
