Octodad: Dadliest Catch Fishes Up Physical Switch Release This Year

After releasing in 2017 to the OG Nintendo Switch, Octodad: Dadliest Catch is finally getting a physical Switch release later this year with pre-orders opening up next week.

Octodad can thank the ever-controversial Limited Run Games (via Nintendo Everything) for the chance to flop out of the digital sea. Pre-orders open up July 18 and seemingly either runs through August 17.

Octodad: Dadliest Catch follows an octopus who attempts to live a normal life with a normal family while avoiding a crazed chef, aquarium employees, and his own feet. Its concept is wacky and we wouldn’t really have it any other way.
