Nintendo Warns Of Switch Price Hike Hitting US

Nintendo is raising the prices of the original Switch, something that probably isn’t too shocking, as the company made plans to raise the prices in Canada already.

This price increase, according to Nintendo themselves, will encompass the regular Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED. Some accessories will also see a small price hike, as well. Of note, Switch 2 and games themselves will not see any sort of price changes.

The new prices will start showing up on August 3, giving us very little time to prepare for whatever it is Nintendo will price their previous-gen console at.
