New LEGO Games Hit Switch This Year

Two new games heading to the Nintendo Switch tethered to the LEGO brand. 

LEGO Voyagers is a co-op adventure where you and a friend will end up “building spaceships, excitement and friendships.” It’ll take a chapter out of Hazelight Studios’ book and offer a “Friend’s Pass,” meaning only one person has to own the game, offers both local and online play, and is backed by Annapurna Interactive. Of note, it isn’t clear if the Friend’s Pass extends to other platforms.

On the other hand, if you’re looking to get some Mario Party in your life (without actually playing Mario Party, that is), then SMG Studios’ LEGO Party! might be you. Play through 60 minigames across a number of maps, including Pirates, Space, and Ninjago. Team Blue is also excited.

Both games lack a concrete release date, just stating “coming soon.”
